About
We came up in
this industry.
PipeFuel started with a problem we had ourselves.
Patrick spent more than thirty years running a contracting business in New Jersey. Good crews, good work, and a pipeline that ran almost entirely on referrals, which meant it ran on luck. A busy quarter would be followed by a thin one, and there was no way to see either coming.
The usual answer is to hire an outside salesperson. That costs six figures once you count the truck, the phone, and the benefits, and it takes a year or more before they know the market well enough to produce anything. For most contractors that is a bet they only get to place once.
So we built the system instead. Structured outbound aimed at the people who actually award commercial work: facilities managers and directors, VPs of facilities, property managers, project managers, and the procurement teams behind them. We ran it on our own business first. When it worked there, we ran it for other contractors and restoration companies, and it worked for them too.
That is what PipeFuel sells. Not software you have to learn. Not a list of leads someone scraped. The same program we built because we needed it.
Patrick Dwyer
Founder & Managing DirectorPatrick has spent over thirty years in the trades, running a commercial and residential contracting business in New Jersey. He has been on the receiving end of nearly every marketing pitch a contractor gets, which is most of the reason PipeFuel works the way it does.
No long contracts. No vague deliverables. A guarantee with a number attached to it.
Justin Weber
Director of OperationsJustin runs the outbound programs day to day. He has taken contractors and restoration companies from no commercial presence at all into active pipelines, generating the opportunities behind millions of dollars in commercial proposals.
He knows how facilities teams, property managers, and project managers actually buy, and how long they take to decide. If you book a call, he is the one who will take it.
How we work
- We will tell you if you are not readySome companies do not have the capacity, the pricing, or the sales coverage to make commercial work pay. We would rather say so on the first call than spend three months of your money learning it.
- Your domain stays cleanCampaigns run on separate sending infrastructure that we warm and monitor. Your company email keeps working, and your estimates keep reaching your customers.
- You close your own dealsWe surface interest and hand it to your team. Nobody knows your work, your pricing, or your capacity the way you do, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- The numbers are the numbersYou get reporting on what we sent, what came back, and what it produced. When a month is soft, we tell you that too.
